- We’re now hiring a skilled ClickUp Provisioner to help configure, optimize, and support scalable operational systems built on ClickUp for our internal teams and clients.
- If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, have strong experience with workflow configuration and SaaS platform administration, and can translate operational needs into efficient system setups, this could be your next big opportunity.
- Provision, configure, and maintain ClickUp workspaces, spaces, folders, lists, and dashboards.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding within ClickUp.
- Design and implement workflow architectures, templates, forms, and automation rules.
- Troubleshoot ClickUp issues across tasks, automations, integrations, and user settings.
- Develop scalable system structures, hierarchy standards, and governance practices.
- Assess operational needs and translate them into optimized ClickUp configurations.
- Create documentation, SOPs, guides, and reference materials for ClickUp users.
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of permissions, structures, and data integrity.
- Monitor integration setups (e.g., Slack, email, CRM tools) and maintain ongoing performance.
- Track ClickUp platform updates and proactively deploy new features to improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high adoption and proper system usage.
- Requirements
- Experienced in provisioning and administering ClickUp or similar project management systems.
- Confident in building automations, templates, dashboards, forms, and complex workflow structures.
- Knowledgeable in SaaS administration, digital operations, and workflow optimization best practices.
- Comfortable supporting multiple teams and managing diverse workload requests.
- Skilled in creating clear documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (only English will be considered acceptable, but bilingual is preferred).
- Formally educated in business administration, operations, systems, or a related field—although hands-on experience with ClickUp is equally valued.
- A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates seamlessly within a remote team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially related to process and system design.
