  • Work with BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary analytics partner for clients, leading discussions, demos, and presentations
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and support BI analysts and analytics engineers
  • Establish best practices for SQL, data modeling, dashboard design, documentation, and code reviews
  • Data Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion data governance, security, and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve metrics, automation, tooling, and analytics processes based on client and business needs
  • What You Bring
  • Must-Haves

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with US healthcare analytics (quality measures, risk adjustment, population health)
  • Broader AWS ecosystem experience (S3, Glue, Lambda) or exposure to big data platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and data orchestration tools (Airflow, Jenkins)
