- As an Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, introduce them to our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven by achieving results. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our growing success.
- You will primarily be working inbound leads from Meta/IG and some referrals. Current volume is roughly 100 leads per month.
- Your number one job is to create trust in the outreach process.
- Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly research a lead and create value sequences in the appointment setting process.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce Eightx's services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a successful appointment.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain an organized calendar.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and appointment setting metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle objections and engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with Go High Level and lead management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of finance or related industries is beneficial, but not essential.
- Key KPI - 15% of leads booking discovery calls

- This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $8-15, depending on experience and performance.
