We are seeking an experienced architectural designer to develop schematic design for a single-family residence with a modernist / mid-century modern aesthetic. Scope includes floor plans, exterior elevations, and exterior & interior renders. We are looking for strong design sensibility, clean proportions, restraint, and timeless architecture (not trendy or overdesigned). The work is conceptual in nature, focused on form, space, and atmosphere rather than construction documents. Experience in residential design and high-quality visual presentation is required. Familiarity with modern residential architecture is a must.
