  • Overview
  • We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and technically fluent Brand and Operations Lead to work closely with the Founder across operations, project coordination, and content strategy.
  • This role blends executive support, project leadership, and strategic content execution. You’ll be a force multiplier—keeping operations tight, projects moving forward, and the brand visible and consistent.

You’ll own three core areas

  • Operations & Project Coordination (Rumor projects + special initiatives)
  • Content Strategy & Execution (portfolio, blog, social)
  • Founder Support & Strategic Enablement
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Founder & Executive Support
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal documentation
  • Drive operational efficiency by creating and improving processes
  • Manage follow-ups, meeting summaries, and execution of key action items
  • Coordinate communication across leadership, clients, and teams
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • 2. Operations & Project Coordination
  • Partner with Project Managers to align timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Oversee Rumor projects and special initiatives to ensure momentum and clarity
  • Design and maintain end-to-end workflows (intake → approval → delivery)
  • Track project financials, hours, budgets, and billing accuracy
  • Use PM tools to monitor progress, surface risks, and maintain visibility
  • Be technically fluent across digital, creative, and development workflows
  • Support special projects tied to growth, efficiency, and innovation
  • 3. Content Strategy & Brand Execution
  • Plan and execute content that showcases Rumor’s work, thinking, and culture
  • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on portfolio, blog, and social
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to speed up content creation
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
  • Track performance and optimize for visibility, engagement, and leads

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Clear communicator who brings structure to complexity
  • Agency-experienced and comfortable with creative + tech workflows
  • Technically confident and systems-minded
  • Self-sufficient, anticipatory, and execution-focused
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or Chief of Staff–type roles
  • Experience in agencies or fast-paced creative/tech environments
  • Strong writing, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of creative and technical project lifecycles
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
