Real Estate Cold Caller (Acquisitions – Appointment Setter) | Remote We’re a fast-moving real estate investment company looking for a hungry cold caller to contact homeowners, uncover motivation, and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team. If you can stay upbeat, handle rejection, and follow a simple process every day—this is for you. What you’ll do (daily) Cold call homeowner lead lists (provided) using our dialer Follow a proven script to identify: motivation, timeline, condition, price, and decision-makers Build rapport and handle basic objections Update notes accurately in our CRM (every call gets logged) Set qualified appointments or warm transfers to acquisitions Send follow-up texts (when needed) to revive leads What “qualified” means here You’re not just booking random calls. You’re finding real deals: Seller has a reason to sell + timeframe Property fits basic buy box (or needs review) You captured condition + price expectations You booked the next step cleanly (call / walkthrough / offer call) Requirements Strong English + clear speaking voice (confident, not monotone) Comfortable making 100–300+ dials/day (depending on dialer setup) Reliable internet + quiet workspace + headset Coachable, consistent, and honest with your numbers Experience with any of these is a plus: Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, Readymode, Podio, GoHighLevel, InvestorLift, REI Reply
