Job Description
- We’re looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can own the full storytelling engine of our brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative.
- This role blends creativity with performance: you’ll develop content that grows our audience, produce video and written assets that educate and inspire, and build lifecycle marketing programs that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.
- You’ll be at the center of how we communicate with customers from discovering us on social or through content, to browsing the site, to making a purchase, to coming back again.

- What You’ll Own
- Email & Lifecycle Marketing (40%)
- Own the full email and SMS strategy and calendar (campaigns + automated flows).
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase LTV and retention.
Build and refine lifecycle programs

- esign A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion.
- Partner with Growth to align emails with product launches and promotions.
- Content Strategy & Development (40%)
- Own the overall content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC.
- Create high-quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners.
- Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing page messaging, and content briefs.
- Build content pillars that establish authority: education, how-to guides, product reviews, comparison content, café buildout content, etc.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to develop messaging for launches, events, and campaigns.
- Video Production & UGC/Creator Support (20%)
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Capture product demos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, and story-driven content.
- Create UGC-style content to support paid ads, social media, and email.
- Coordinate with influencer/UGC creators and edit/repurpose their content.

- Email and SMS become one of the company’s top revenue channels.
- Strong, consistent storytelling across channels that elevates the brand.
- Clear, engaging video content that boosts engagement, conversions, and trust.
- Lifecycle flows that increase repeat purchase rate and average order value.
- UGC and content that improves paid ad performance and lowers CAC.
- A content engine that supports sales, SEO, and product launches.
- What You Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing.
- You are an amazing writer
- Demonstrated experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify or HubSpot.
- Strong writing skills from conversion-focused copy to brand storytelling.
- Experience producing and editing video content (e.g., short-form vertical).
- You are experienced in content email, especially in creating engaging content.
- Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency.
- Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, attribution tools).
- Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment.
- No need for management experience
- Bonus: experience with SEO content, influencer/UGC management, or coffee industry background.
