  • The Opportunity
  • Analyze and record all financial and accounting operations of Argentina Beverages country by each end month close based on the PepsiCo policies and procedures established for submitted and perform in timely the Financial Report for the Corporation
  • Your Impact

As Control and Reporting Accounting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

  • Record provisions such as: MIP Bonus, Share Profit, others accruals.
  • Prepare monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, P&L & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of
  • Controller & Planning Team (before upload in HFM)).
  • Consolidate monthly financial statement package (Balance
  • Sheet, P&L, and account balance supporting documentation) to submitted in HFM.
  • Monthly upload of PII (Profit in inventory) and DP (Deliver Profit) in HFM.
  • Coordination, preparation and presentation all information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirements.
  • Support month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the PepsiCo requirements.
  • Support to the OU´s LATAM to assist the business in its different controlling.
  • Qualifications
  • Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • Understand the whole process not only accounting but including taxes and regulatory too in order to collaborate with the finance controller, franchises and innovation projects.
  • A minimum of 2– 3 years experience as in general accounting roles or similar accounting positions is required.
  • English level Intermediate.
  • Previous systems experience working with Oracle, SAP, or HFM is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, macros).
  • Highly organized and methodical individual who pays attention to details.
  • Must be proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environments in order to adhere to strict.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills are required as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well.
