The company focuses on producing high-volume, repeatable creator content distributed across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on execution quality, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Role Overview
  • The CPM Creator Recruiter exists to build and sustain a strong supply of reliable CPM creators by owning sourcing, outreach, qualification, and activation. This role fills the top of the funnel with the right creator profiles, ensuring creators convert from interest to activation without dropping off. The role is ideal for a recruiter-style operator with sales instincts who can run a clean pipeline, set clear expectations, and prioritize creator reliability and retention over raw volume. This is a highly autonomous, execution-heavy role that thrives on organization, follow-up, and a results-oriented approach. Candidates who succeed here are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing creator relationships across multiple channels.

Your Impact

  • Streamline creator onboarding to reduce mid-funnel drop-off and improve retention.
  • Maintain operational visibility into pipeline health and sourcing performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that optimize recruiting efficiency.
  • Support the team in scaling content production by ensuring a reliable supply of creators.
  • Core Responsibilities
  • Creator Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
  • Own end-to-end sourcing for CPM-based creators across multiple channels.
  • Proactively identify and outreach to creator candidates via job boards, communities, and social platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent weekly sourcing cadence to ensure predictable inflow.
  • Experiment with new sourcing channels to expand creator supply.
  • Outreach, Screening & Activation
  • Drive candidate conversion through timely messaging, follow-ups, and clear expectation-setting.
  • Screen candidates for reliability, fit, and understanding of CPM-based work.
  • Activate creators efficiently to minimize mid-funnel drop-off.
  • Coordinate smooth handoff to creator management once creators are ready to produce.
  • Recruiting Operations & Tracking
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking across all funnel stages.
  • Monitor funnel health from applicant to first content shipped.
  • Build lightweight qualification checklists and follow-up systems.
  • Ensure leadership visibility into recruiting status at all times.
  • Optimization & Reporting
  • Identify which sourcing channels deliver the highest-quality CPM creators.
  • Leverage creator success stories to improve recruiting conversion.
  • Establish regular reporting on pipeline volume, activations, and retention checkpoints.
