Role and Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible for conceiving, developing, and managing the roadmap for the direct e-commerce platforms of SEASA both tactically and strategically, aiming to maximize performance in sell-out, service levels, and user experience. To achieve this, it will be essential to interact synergistically with the entire network of stakeholders, both internal (sales divisions, support areas, LAO, HQ) and external (agencies, factories, partners, distributors, etc.), leading and managing high-performance multidisciplinary teams on highly complex projects. Inspire the organization regarding the strategic importance of E-Store and the online market. Areas Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for: Plan, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate proactive actions for the growth of Samsung's online platforms, stores, and websites. Design, plan, and execute the development roadmap for each platform, minimizing time-to-market and maximizing execution quality. Generate and implement tailored plans for each channel (Samsung.com, Samshop, Samsung Shop App, etc). Take inputs from other team members to translate them into specific features and improvements within the platform. Ensure the "health" of the 10 platforms by overseeing an on-going team responsible for bugs, fixes, and minor adjustments by collaborating not only with the development team in LAO but also with the MDW team and ERP systems of various sellers to maintain platform integrity and performance. Interact seamlessly with various departments within the company to execute projects: commercial, marketing, legal, etc. Build and evolve an omnichannel ecosystem, creating consistent experiences between online and physical sales points. Develop a fluid ecosystem for the joint sale of products and value-added services (Samsung Care Plus, Trade-in, financing, etc.). Requirements Academic Background: graduated or on-going studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Professional Experience: 5 years in similar positions in multinational companies, preferably mass consumption Specific knowledge/skills: E-commerce strategy and management, project management expertise, understanding of dimensions related to customer experience, strong command of key e-commerce mix variables (visits, conversion rate, AOV, etc.), comprehensive view of the channel and each of the critical variables affecting its performance, knowledge of the VTEX environment (desirable).
