Role and Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible for leading end-to-end sales operations, including pre-sales planning, supply control, and inventory management for the D2C Channel. Drive the monthly ecommerce planning cycle to achieve a consensus demand plan by working closely with D2C KAMs, Traffic Attraction and Operations teams. Identify S&OP KPIs impacted by ecommerce demand-planning activities and outputs. Areas Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for: Actively participate in target setting, working closely with each division to ensure full alignment and consensus. Establish D2C sales targets and manage performance (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly). Consolidate, analyze, and report D2C sales performance versus targets and forecasts by channel, division and product category. Track performance of sales plans and daily targets, guaranteeing alignment between the Target Plan and SCM Plan across D2C channels (Samsung.com, EPPs, SMB, Marketplaces). Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns, GTMs (product launches), and promotional strategies. Define sales targets (units/revenue) for key promotions. Coordinate and adjust sales targets and offers in collaboration with each division. Compare, analyze, and align D2C offerings with other channels to ensure competitiveness and consistency. Build and track partner stock, sell-in, and sell-out analysis. Lead business operation guidance through Channel PSI tool updates and consensus forums. Develop descriptive and predictive analytical models to support decision-making. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance conversion, reach, and sell-out performance. Requirements [Academic background] Advanced students or graduates of industrial engineering, business administration or related [Professional experience] 5 years in similar positions in multinational companies [Languages] Advanced-intermediate level of English [Specific knowledge/skills] Proactive profile with experience in Planning. Strategic and analytical thinking, which allows identifying growth opportunities. Fluent communication and oral and written expression tools. Ability to develop and execute presentations.
