We are looking for a detail-oriented Email & Customer Communication Specialist to manage and execute our ongoing customer communications. This role focuses on sending and managing emails and notifications, not sales calls or advertising. Responsibilities include: Sending feedback request emails to customers after services or events Sending promotional emails following provided guidelines Sending operational updates and announcements Managing and sending customer notifications (schedule updates, reminders, follow-ups) Maintaining clear records of communications sent Following predefined templates and communication rules Requirements: Strong written English High attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow processes and templates exactly Experience with email tools (Gmail, Mailchimp, or similar) Organized and reliable with follow-ups Availability to work with us during business hours: 4 hours per day, Eastern Time (New Jersey) Nice to have: Experience in customer service or operations Familiarity with CRM or task management tools (Sheets, Trello, etc.)
