At Thales We are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our Finance Team in Argentina. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, supporting financial operations, reporting, and audit activities. As a Finance Trainee, you will work closely with finance professionals and internal stakeholders, contributing to accurate financial processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the Local Finance Team with general financial tasks and reporting activities. Act as an intermediate point between Finance and external/internal advisors, ensuring proper documentation flow. Provide support during internal and external audits. Assist with monthly OPEX analysis and cost tracking. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Requirements Student of Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields English proficiency (written and spoken) Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a corporate environment. Argentinian citizenship or work permit. Hybrid role, office based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
