We’re a growing company of ~40 people looking for an experienced HR / People Operations professional to help us build and implement our people operations foundation, and then continue on a fractional basis to manage and evolve it. This is not an advisory-only role. We’re looking for someone hands-on who has built HR systems from scratch, implemented them, and stayed involved to run day-to-day people operations.
