- Position Title: HR Analyst Benefits (Analista de Beneficios) (Benefits Analyst / Benefits Specialist)Languages: Advanced EnglishLocation: Guadalajara or Monterrey
- ROLE OVERVIEWThe HR Analyst – Benefits supports the design, administration, and analysis of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. This role works closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst to provide data-driven insights, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected:
- Accurately maintain health and welfare, benefit programs in HRIS systems
- Support annual enrollment
- Ensure timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate complex issues
Process benefit vendor invoices in a timely fashionOther Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions
- Directly influences employee experience and compliance of benefit programs
- Requires understanding of multiple benefit plans, regulatory requirements, and HRIS systems.
- Works closely with Senior Benefits Analyst, HR team, vendors, and employees
- Applies judgment in resolving routine benefit issues; escalates complex matters
- Accuracy of data, timeliness of transactions, compliance audit results, employee satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance requirements (Desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
Experience & Education
- Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery#LI-GB1
