I operate a non-medical home care agency and am currently using the HubSpot Starter plan ($9/seat). I’m seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist who can help me fully optimize and streamline our CRM processes. This includes setting up robust workflows and views so I can efficiently manage both our facility marketing efforts (outreach to assisted living, hospitals, etc.) and our client relationships. What I Need Done: Custom Saved Views: Create and refine saved views for contacts and deals (e.g., “Needs Follow-Up,” “New Facility Contacts,” “Warm Relationships”). Meeting Scheduling Links: Set up additional meeting links for client consultations and family intakes. Basic Email Automations: Configure simple email sequences for client onboarding and follow-ups. Document Management: Set up the Documents tool so I can easily share intake forms and brochures. Task Automation: Implement simple task automation for client check-ins and follow-ups. Dashboard Creation: Build basic reporting dashboards to track client metrics and facility outreach success. Contact and Deal Associations: Ensure contacts and deals are properly associated and that I can easily track where each relationship stands. Requirements: Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (especially Starter plan) Familiarity with creating sequences, saved views, and task automations Experience working with service-based or healthcare-related businesses is a plus Ability to suggest and implement best practices for a small agency using HubSpot Starter
