  • As an Inbound Sales Specialist you will respond to inbound leads and phone calls, book inspections, and close control services over the phone when appropriate. Speed, persistence, and strong follow-through are essential, many leads require multiple touches to convert.
  • You’ll be the person who makes sure no interested customer “falls through the cracks,” while creating a great first impression of our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond immediately to inbound inquiries from web forms, phone calls, text, and lead channels (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp, website).
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and confidently (understand what the customer is calling about and what they need).
  • Book inspections on the calendar and follow up relentlessly until the lead books or clearly declines.
  • Make multiple touchpoints per lead (calls/texts/emails/voicemails) with strong organization and clear documentation.
  • Answer inbound phone calls during business hours using provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Sell our services over the phone when it’s a fit (collect payment details and close the deal).
  • Log all activity clearly in the CRM: call attempts, outcomes, notes, next steps, and follow-up reminders.
  • Work a secondary list of outbound opportunities (e.g., older/stale leads) during downtime to create extra booked inspections/sales.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer care, and clarity in every interaction.
  • C1 English fluency or equivalent
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, inside sales, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Extremely fast response habits (you don’t “let messages sit”).
  • Confident on the phone with high-volume lead follow-up and objection handling.
  • Highly organized: you can manage follow-ups across dozens of active leads without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable working in CRMs and communicating through VoIP/texting platforms.
  • Coachable, emotionally intelligent, and able to stay calm and sharp under pressure.
  • Reliable remote setup.

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Podium, FieldRoutes, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Home services experience (pest control, inspections, field services, real estate services, etc.).
  • Experience closing as well as scheduling (not just setting appointments).
  • Base salary: USD $1,500–$2,000/month
  • On-target earnings (OTE): USD $3,000–$3,500/month (uncapped potential)
  • Commission structure will include incentives for closed sales (and may include a bonus per booked inspection).
  • Paid time off (PTO): 2 weeks
  • Paid holidays: aligned to a standard U.S. holiday schedule (with flexibility to swap for local holidays when planned in advance)
