- The Opportunity
- The Intercompany Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all intercompany transactions between legal entities are recorded, reconciled, and reported accurately and on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of financial statements, resolving discrepancies with counterpart teams, managing settlements, and ensuring compliance with global accounting policies.
- The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and other markets. Clear communication and a proactive mindset are essential to ensure smooth month-end close activities and proper follow-up on rejected or incorrect charges.

- As Intercompany Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of …
- Manage the end-to-end Intercompany (IC) process: review, posting, validation, and reconciliation of charges between entities.
- Ensure all IC charges and adjustments are submitted correctly and within month-end close deadlines.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare monthly reports, including aging, open items, and variance analysis.
- Monitor accepted vs. rejected charges and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Validate correct cost centers, GL accounts, and legal entities to ensure charges are accepted by the counterpart.
- Ensure compliance with global intercompany policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Follow up on overcharges, misallocations, and corrections across markets
- Prepare monthly reports for BSR, internal/external audit, and internal controls.
- Ensure timely issuance and receipt of intercompany invoices, including clarifying PO requirements when necessary.
- Escalate critical issues such as unpaid balances, recurring rejections, or delays, proposing clear action steps.
- Support process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the IC process.
- Qualifications
- Who Are We Looking For?
- - + 4 years experience in similar roles
- - Knowledge of intercompany processes, reconciliations, and eliminations.
- -Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- -Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- -Familiarity with SOX controls, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Professional Skills

- -High attention to detail and accuracy.
- -Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- -Strong communication and coordination skills across different countries and teams.
- -Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- -Intermediate to advanced English level, able to communicate effectively through email, Teams calls, and reports.
