Ingles requerido: avanzado. RESPONSABILIDADES Y TAREAS Evaluar roles y estructuras organizacionales en todas las zonas de ABI. Colaborar con Business Partners y equipos de Rewards a nivel global. Ser referente en el proceso de Job Grading y diseño de estructuras. Gestionar y desarrollar información, KPIs y reportes relacionados. REQUISITOS Y COMPETENCIAS Estar cursando una carrera universitaria (Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afines). Al menos 1 año de experiencia en procesos de Rewards o en análisis de estructuras organizacionales y roles. Inglés avanzado. Excel avanzado. Conocimientos de Power BI (deseable).
