  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can both design high-level marketing strategy and execute day-to-day initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and sales—especially the VP of Sales—to drive lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth.
  • This role is ideal for someone who excels in performance marketing, enjoys building processes, and thrives in a high-accountability environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, branding, and pipeline growth
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI
  • Lead SEO, content/copywriting, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the sales team on lead attribution, CRM workflows, and revenue tracking
  • Evaluate and manage external marketing agency partners, with potential to build and lead an internal team
  • Use tools like Figma for design needs and coordinate with design contributors
  • (Bonus) Plan and execute participation in 2–3 trade shows annually
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (industrial/technical sectors strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to set strategy and execute hands-on marketing projects
  • Expertise in paid ads, SEO, and strong copywriting
  • Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management
  • Experience with or within a marketing agency is a plus, but must have in-house leadership capability
  • Familiarity with Figma and digital design workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
  • Experience with trade show or event management is a plus
