  • We are seeking a Marketing Technology Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, and Account Management principles. This role combines strategic solutioning with hands-on execution, ensuring our marketing technology stack supports account-based marketing (ABM) and B2C engagement strategies.
  • You will partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to design scalable solutions, optimize marketing automation, and execute campaigns leveraging Data Cloud-powered personalization.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Solutioning
  • · Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud.
  • · Design account-based and B2C marketing solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • · Define data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and personalization strategies using Data Cloud.
  • · Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing technology with account management processes.
  • Operational & Execution
  • · Build and manage journeys, automations, and personalization in Marketing Cloud Next.
  • · Execute ABM and B2C campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
  • · Ensure data synchronization between Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • · Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Qualifications
  • · 5+ years in marketing technology roles, with 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • · Strong understanding of Data Cloud features (data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation).
  • · Knowledge of Account Management and ABM strategies, plus experience in B2C marketing.
  • · Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and automation workflows.
  • · Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • · Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud certifications.
  • · Familiarity with APIs, ETL tools, and integration frameworks.
  • · Experience in global marketing operations and compliance standards.
