Monitor and take actions to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, Review Offers) 2. Monitor and take actions to generate the savings: compare the price obtained with the pre-defined baseline 3. Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to the guidelines (e.g. Category Cards available in EPIC) strategies and instructions given by the category managers / country buyers 4. Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs) 5. Perform period activity meetings with Tactical Procurement Director and with Category Managers / Country buyers on spot buys reduction opportunities 6. Report savings performed and Service Levels achieved to Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager. Differentiating Criteria Execute day-to-day spot buying, including negotiation & supplier selection for non strategic purchases Support procurement automation by continuously seeking opportunities to increase catalogue or contract coverage.
