The main objective of this position is to bring new clients to Rappi Insights. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in meetings with makers to present our products and potential; Follow the target to reach the number designed for Business Unit; Analyze, strengthen and build relationships up with major partners, being the focal point of the establishment at Rappi, identifying opportunities, driving growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets; Analyze and develop plans to increase performance acting as a business partner and offering and co-creating innovative solutions; Identifying potential business opportunities and sharing customer needs internally to model the pipeline of solutions that will meet customer and partner needs, identifying opportunities and offering solutions to drive growth and ensure financial goals are met with major brands, Monitor the main performance indicators (Sales, Execution and Finance) of the accounts under their responsibility, creating correction and growth plans; Be attentive to the market movement, as well as competitors' actions, bringing inputs to Rappi and defining correction and combat plans; Multiply knowledge and strategies to new executives, training and developing the team Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? KEY REQUIREMENTS 5 years of experience in commercial/analytical areas; Fluency in English; MS Office (Advanced Excel); Storytelling pro; Budget management; Negotiation skills; Dynamism; Flexibility for changes; Self-management capacity; Experience with customer service (internal and external); Supplier management; Result focus. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Speak Spanish/Portuguese (in case of global positions); People management; Availability to travel.
