To support aggressive growth, we’re building a strong Argentina-based talent pipeline and are looking for an experienced Regional HR Recruiter to own hiring end-to-end. What You’ll Own - Write clear, compelling role descriptions across functions - Proactively source and outreach top talent in Argentina - Screen resumes and run first-round interviews - Manage scheduling, booking calls, and candidate communication - Lead offer discussions and compensation negotiations - Partner closely with leadership to close high-quality hires fast What We’re Looking For - Proven recruiting experience in Argentina (startup, tech, or eCommerce preferred) - Comfortable owning the entire recruiting workflow independently - Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills - Fast, organized, and execution-driven Why This Role - Work directly with leadership at a 10-figure global company - High autonomy, real ownership, real impact - Long-term opportunity as our LATAM team scales Apply with a short LOOM intro and relevant recruiting experience.
