• What You’ll Do
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles
• Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.)
• Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
• Keep Workable updated and organized daily
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week
• Provide a positive and timely candidate experience
• Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies
• 12 interviews per day as the expected daily activity
• 2+ year of recruiting experience with U.S.-based roles. If you do not have experience hiring for 1099 contractors massively in the US, we recommend you to not apply.
• Hands-on experience with Workable ATS preferred
• Comfortable talking on the phone, at least 12 value calls per day to hire 10 techs minimum per week
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
