About the job The Revenue Growth Manager for Argentina is responsible for driving profitable growth through effective revenue management strategies, pricing, trade investment optimization, and demand forecasting. This role acts as a key strategic partner to Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams, ensuring revenue and margin objectives are achieved. Although managerial in scope, the position does not have direct reports and operates as an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize net sales, gross margin, and profitability. Define pricing strategies, price corridors, and promotional guidelines aligned with brand and business objectives. Manage trade investment planning, monitoring ROI and effectiveness of promotions and commercial agreements. Build and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Partner closely with Finance to support budget planning, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making. Ensure governance and compliance of pricing and trade terms across customers and channels. Develop and maintain revenue dashboards and KPIs to track performance versus targets. Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects related to revenue, pricing, and commercial excellence. About You Experience: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Finance. Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or similar industries is a plus. Soft Skills Proactive, mature and self-reliant person who can always take the initiative and influence within a broad team environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving Leadership skills, priority setting and change management capabilities Ability to network/influence: Confidence to work with and challenge Senior Managers internally and influencing customers externally. Strong analytical skills and business problem solving. Structured written and verbal communication skills & persuation Technical Skills Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and preferably SAP / planning tools. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage. Deep understanding of GTN structures, commercial terms, and promotional investment models. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities. Deep Understandig of the OTC Channel. Thorough understanding of pricing strategies. Thorough understanding of retailers, P&L models; channel price structure and channel remuneration management dynamics. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Why us?
