  • We are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator with a strong functional and consultative profile. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, acting as the primary functional point of contact for the client.
  • The ideal candidate understands business processes, manages Salesforce using declarative tools, and supports users to maximize adoption and value—without relying on custom code.
  • 2. Functional Support & Incident Resolution
  • Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related functional issues.

Diagnose and resolve issues without code, including

  • Errors in Salesforce Flows.
  • Permission and visibility problems.
  • Business process configuration issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose functional solutions.
  • Escalate to technical teams only when necessary.
  • 3. Automation Management & Optimization (No-Code)

Maintain and enhance existing automations using declarative tools

  • Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
  • Validation Rules
  • Approval Processes

Optimize and simplify processes to

  • Reduce user errors.
  • Improve operational efficiency.
  • Increase system adoption.
  • 4. User Management & Security

Full lifecycle user administration

  • User creation, deactivation, and updates.

Advanced management of

  • Profiles
  • Permission Sets and Permission Set Groups
  • Roles and Sharing Rules
  • Continuously adjust the security model according to organizational changes.
  • 5. Change Management & System Evolution

Support controlled evolution of the Salesforce platform

  • Analyze new business requirements.
  • Configure new features without disrupting existing functionality.

Manage deployments across environments (Sandbox → Production) using

  • Change Sets
  • Validation and testing best practices.
  • 6. Reporting & Dashboards

Create and maintain

  • Custom reports
  • Operational and executive dashboards
  • Align reporting with real business KPIs.
  • Support users in understanding and using Salesforce data effectively.
  • 7. Data Quality & Governance

Ensure Salesforce remains a trusted source of information

  • Implement validation rules and data quality controls.
  • Manage duplicate records.

Perform data imports and exports using

  • Data Import Wizard
  • Data Loader
  • Define and promote best practices for data usage.
  • 8. Training & User Adoption

Drive user adoption and enablement

  • Deliver ongoing user training.
  • Conduct refresher sessions after changes or new features.

Create and maintain

  • User guides
  • Functional documentation
  • Internal best practices
  • 9. Client Relationship & Consultative Support

Act as a trusted functional advisor

  • Understand business objectives.
  • Translate requirements into Salesforce configurations.
  • Prioritize improvements based on impact and effort.
  • Support the client’s growth and evolving Salesforce usage.
  • 10. Salesforce Release Management

Prepare the organization for Salesforce releases

  • Review release notes.
  • Test existing functionality in Sandbox.
  • Communicate relevant changes to users and stakeholders.
  • Recommend new Salesforce features that add business value.

  • Deep experience with declarative (no-code) Salesforce tools.
