Job Summary
- Work collaboratively with our cross functional teams to Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C solutions
- Analysis, implementation and development leadership of technical solutions on SFCC B2C.
- Architect modern, scalable software.
- Technical thought leader and mentor for other developers.
- Integrate with major external systems including ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateway system, middleware, and other systems as required.
- Participation in post-sales technical scoping, requirements and solution evaluation & review
- Evaluating clients 1st and 3rd party data integration, technology vendor requirements, and participating in developing integration strategies for the platform
- Assist with preparation of client facing technical communication and documentation
- Keep up to date with all industry changes and latest methodology within the commerce industry
Background & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Solutions
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 1+ years leading software development teams
Solid experience and knowledge with
- OO JavaScript
- Restful API architectures
- Unit and Integration Testing
- Gitflow
- Payment gateways
- SCSS y JS Client.
- SFRA. Desirable PWA Kit.
- Unit and Integration Testing (Desirable)
Expectations
- Handling Complex Tickets: Translate complex technical issues into actionable tasks for the technical team to address effectively.
- Facilitating Team Progress: Ensure the technical team is unblocked, equipped with sufficient tasks, and progressing smoothly.
- Code and PR Review: Conduct thorough reviews of codebases and pull requests, both internally developed and those from third-party providers if applicable, to maintain adherence to best practices, readability, and maintainability standards.
- Figma and Requirements Review: Scrutinize Figma designs and project requirements to identify potential pain points and areas for improvement.
- Team Supervision: Oversee the team's ticket handling, pull requests, and documentation processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Promoting Growth and Learning: Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development for both technical and non-technical team members.

- Working knowledge of server level infrastructure as applied to Salesforce Commerce builds
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns
- Good team player who can work with people of all levels / backgrounds

Background
