- About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Strategist to join a fast-growing U.S. based digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of law firm clients, serve as the primary point of contact, and oversee strategic account management. This role is client-facing and strategic, requiring strong communication and decision-making skills, but does not require hands-on execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ client accounts, ensuring high-quality communication and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal fulfillment teams (SEO, PPC, Web).
- Ensure client requests are properly ticketed, followed up, and translated into actionable updates.
- Conduct monthly strategy reviews and present insights to clients.
- Handle client conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Monitor client health, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client success.
- 3+ years of agency account management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and website performance (able to read reports, assess results, and challenge weak explanations).
- Exceptional client communication skills; confident handling challenging client interactions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for client success.
- Professional, decisive, and non passive demeanor.
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Experience working with law firms or legal marketing clients.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, PPC reporting, CRO, or keyword strategy.
- Experience with client onboarding, reporting, or strategy documentation.
- Salary: Starting 2,000+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. US Eastern (up to 2 hours flexibility).
- Flexible/unlimited PTO
