- The Sr Financial Analyst I is responsible for financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls. This role reports to the One Ecolab controller and is based in Buenos Aires. What you will do: Execute One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures Manage all components of One Ecolab project cost, including internal and external Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting Support program controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis Experience in SAP, EPM, Excel and mining large datasets Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Preferred qualifications: Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP) Strong systems, analytical and organizational skills Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to develop, implement and interpret financial models Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders Potential to grow beyond the current role A trusted partner at nearly three million customer locations, Ecolab (NYSE:ECL) is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
