We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Expert to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for our US-based Digital Marketing Agency. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can own performance, communicate clearly, and consistently improve results. This role is for senior-level Paid Ads specialists only. We are NOT looking for beginners or intermediate candidates. You must have proven experience managing real ad accounts, analyzing performance reports, and making data-driven optimizations. You are expected to deliver measurable results for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. If you have a minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial ad budgets, driving conversions, and consistently improving ROAS—we want to hear from you. # ABOUT THE ROLE You will be managing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients in our agency portfolio, including: E-commerce businesses (Shopify stores) Local service businesses (multi-location and single-location) B2B companies focused on lead generation and search visibility We need someone who can work independently, make data-driven optimization decisions, and communicate results clearly to our team and clients. # REQUIRED EXPERTISE GOOGLE ADS (REQUIRED) ✅ You must have expert-level experience with: ## Campaign Types: Search Campaigns Performance Max Campaigns Shopping Campaigns Video Campaigns ## Keyword Research & Bidding Strategies: Advanced keyword research using Google Keyword Planner Strategic use of Exact Match, Phrase Match, and Broad Match keywords Regular search term report analysis to find opportunities and eliminate waste Building comprehensive negative keyword lists at campaign and account level Understanding keyword intent and search query patterns ## Optimization & Analysis: Deep understanding of metrics: ROAS, Conversion Value/Cost, CTR, CPC, Quality Score, Impression Share Budget allocation across multiple campaigns Applying negative keywords ## Conversion Tracking & Technical Setup: Implementing and troubleshooting conversion goals in Google Ads Working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to set up tracking tags Using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in conjunction with Google Ads for deeper analysis Validating tracking accuracy and fixing discrepancies ## Campaign Experience: Minimum 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns for US-based businesses Experience managing monthly budgets of $5,000 - $30,000+ Proven track record with e-commerce campaigns (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) Experience with both local campaigns (specific cities/regions) and nationwide campaigns META ADS MASTERY (REQUIRED) ✅ You must have expert-level experience with: ## Campaign Objectives & Types: Lead Generation Campaigns using Meta Instant Forms Setting up custom questions, privacy policies, and lead form optimization Awareness Campaigns - Building brand recognition with optimized reach and frequency Conversion Campaigns - Driving website purchases, sign-ups, and other actions Engagement Campaigns - Maximizing post engagement, page likes, and event responses ## Creative & Ad Formats: Creating high-performing campaigns with video ads, carousel ads, static image ads, and stories Writing compelling ad copy that speaks to the target audience Understanding creative best practices (aspect ratios, video length, headlines, CTAs) ## Audience Targeting: Building detailed custom audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors Creating and managing lookalike audiences for scaling Implementing retargeting/remarketing campaigns using website visitors and customer lists Audience exclusions and segmentation for precise targeting ## Optimization & Reporting: Analyzing Meta Ads Manager data to identify winning ads and audiences Understanding metrics: CPM, CPC, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, Frequency, ROAS Scaling campaigns while maintaining performance Budget management and bid strategy optimization Regular performance reporting with insights and recommendations ## Experience Requirements: Minimum 4+ years managing Meta Ads for businesses in the United States Experience with both B2C e-commerce and B2B lead generation Proven ability to generate qualified leads at competitive cost-per-lead # NICE TO HAVE (BONUS SKILLS) ⭐ While not required, the following experience will make your application stand out: LinkedIn Ads - Experience presenting campaign results to clients or stakeholders # KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns based on client goals and target audience Adjusting bids, budgets, and target ROAS while applying negative keywords Analyzing and monitoring search term reports and campaign performance to identify issues and optimization opportunities Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel Analyzing campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations # REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Skills Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Proven track record managing campaigns for US-based clients Experience with e-commerce businesses and understanding of online sales funnels Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video) - preferred but not required Meta Blueprint Certification - preferred but not required Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets Excellent English written communication for ad copy and client reports # WORKLOAD & COMPENSATION This is a full-time or high-volume part-time position depending on client load Start with 20-30 hours per week, scaling to 40 hours as we grow Potential to manage 5-10 client accounts simultaneously - Hourly Rate: $9 – $15 USD per hour 20 hour per week / $9 - $15 per hour ( $720 - $1200 per month) 30 hour per week / $9 - $15 per hour ( $1,080 - $1,800 per month) 40 hour per week / $9 - $15 per hour ( $1,440 -
