• Position Overview
• We are hiring an Analyst + Asset Manager to support underwriting, asset performance, and executive-level initiatives. This hybrid role combines financial analysis, asset management, and direct support to executive leadership.
• The ideal candidate is highly analytical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Underwrite new real estate acquisitions and value-add investments
• Build, maintain, and update financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements and asset-level KPIs
• Monitor performance, cash flow, and variances across the portfolio
• Prepare investor and lender reporting, summaries, and presentations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Support fund administration tasks including capital calls, distributions, and reporting
• Maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and financial records
• Provide analytical and administrative support to executive leadership
• Assist with special projects related to acquisitions, investor relations, and operations
• Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or related roles
• Real estate experience required; self-storage experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with fund structures, capital flows, and basic accounting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and work directly with senior leadership
