We are looking to incorporate a very talented and creative graphic designer who can bring bold, eye-catching design to our flyers. We produce LGBTQ+ nightlife events across the USA, so please make sure you feel comfortable working within this community and understand its energy before applying. We can provide initial ideas and content, but we’re looking for a designer who can quickly understand our vision, organize and own the projects, and fully develop them into strong, impactful flyers. This year we produced 32 events, and we are planning even more next year. Because of the volume of work, deadlines are absolutely critical. If you cannot deliver on time, this will not be a good fit. Anyone applying must: - Have availability to take on ongoing work and deliver on time. - Be willing to join a Zoom call to show previous projects, explain your creative process, and walk through the tools you use. - Be fluent or native in English to ensure smooth communication. We value everyone applying. If you are new to this platform and do not yet have completed jobs, please include your favorite project (even if it was outside this platform) and explain the goals and your vision. Please do not use AI write it in your own words so we can consider you. Some of the tips that will add to our process selection: Creativity: Ability to take an idea and turn it into a bold, engaging design that stands out. Attention to Detail: Strong control over layout, typography, composition, and color. Reliability: Consistent delivery, strong communication, and respect for deadlines. If you’re passionate, fast, creative, and want to work with a growing event brand, we want to hear from you. Although we are looking for the best and most passionate out there, we do have a budget to respect for each event. I am attaching some examples of what we’ve been doing.
