- Total Number of Openings 1 Manages the tax liability of the company including the planning, accounting, filing, and reporting process; gathers information for purposes of satisfying income tax requirements at all levels of jurisdiction. Technology & Digital analyst Main responsibilities may include but not limited to: Provide technical support by developing and running extracts from various systems. Audit Population and Reporting: extract SAP and other data for sales and use tax audits. Manages extracting large datasets from IT systems & reconcile to ERP System. Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects. Work with the appropriate teams to improve, streamline and optimize work. Review processes, reports, and other activities for process improvement opportunities. Maintain a general knowledge of U.S. sales & use and excise taxes and their application. Required Qualification/Soft Skills: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or related field. Combination of + 8 years of tax systems, accounting, finance and/or audit experience Fluent in ERP/Tax systems, Microsoft Office tools, Power BI. Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects. Preferred qualifications in system implementation (SAP) Excellent oral/written English skills Analytical skills and critical thinking Preferred qualifications: US Indirect tax experience Soft skills: coordination/Leadership skills Able to adapt processes in response to a fast-paced environment.
