• Are you looking for a position that will jumpstart your career in EMS? Look no further! Coastal Medical Transportation Systems is currently seeking Transit Drivers of all experience levels to join our growing team!
• Under the direction of the CMTS leadership team and supervisory staff, transit / wheelchair vehicle drivers will provide safe and efficient transport of ambulatory and wheelchair customers. They will respond to requests for transport of patients between healthcare facilities and other locations.

• Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent.
• Current BLS / CPR healthcare provider level certification (or willing to obtain one)
• Current motor vehicle operators license.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions using the English language.
• Must be able to lift more than 75 pounds
• Satisfactory CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information).
• Satisfactory Drug Panel
• Satisfactory driving record
