• Role Overview
• The UX/UI Designer will lead the design of web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experience across platforms. This role exists to transform complex product requirements into elegant design systems while maintaining consistency with brand expression. The position is highly cross-functional, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business goals, and has a strong foundation in UX principles, interface design, and product thinking. Experience with animation, motion design, or brand experience is a plus.
• Your Impact

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.

• Core Responsibilities
• UX/UI Leadership – 45%
• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and app products.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions.
• Product Design Execution – 35%
• Create and maintain scalable design systems.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product insights.
• Balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
• Support design implementation through collaboration with engineers.
• Brand & Experience Enhancement – 20%
• Contribute to brand expression through product interfaces.
• Explore animation and motion design to improve user experience.
• Ensure visual consistency between brand and product experiences.

• Strong UX/UI design foundation with proven product experience.
• Experience designing for web and application-based products.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution.
