Role and Responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for the development, improvement, increase and consolidation of the accounts/channels in charge in order to maximize and increase market share, revenue and profit of VD Division. Consolidate long term brand position in market through the development of strong sales fundamentals by account. Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for: Responsible for setting actions, strategies, improvements in order to comply with Market Share, Revenue and Profit KPIs. Propose ad-hoc improvements or business alternatives/solutions based on Company and partners' needs. Detect and understand the main variables that affect the performance in each client in order to use them as a variable for analysis and decision. Work together with internal and external stakeholders in the development of measurement tools and reports that allow effective decision-making. Responsible for the sell out and sell through strategy in order to maximize the market share, optimize inventories and accelerate key models' distribution. Incentive plan development and implementation. Requirements Advanced students or graduates of accounting, business administration or related 5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge in commercial or trade marketing roles, preferably in the electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry Advanced-intermediate level of English Skills: adaptability, planning skills, results-driven work approach, negotiation skills Skills and Qualifications Before applying, read carefully the following information: This position is open only for employees from [ARGENTINA] In order to be considered for the role you need to have at least 12 months of seniority in the company Time in the current position should be at least 12 months with no disciplinary action.
