About Us We are an e-commerce brand in skincare and health. Our growth relies on UGC-style ads, both actor-driven and AI-generated. We are seeking a Video Creative Producer/Editor to manage the process from concept to launch. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with hands-on experience in AI video generation tools. The ideal candidate will be able to take raw footage, AI-generated clips, scripts, and brand guidelines, and transform them into high-quality, engaging video content. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. AI-Assisted Video Creation • Use AI tools to generate video scenes, motion graphics, avatars, and B-roll content. • Enhance AI-generated scenes to ensure realism, continuity, and brand consistency. • Troubleshoot issues with AI rendering, prompts, and output quality. 2. Video Editing & Post-Production • Edit AI-generated content with traditional footage • Add transitions, titles, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and special effects. • Ensure pacing, storytelling, and visual flow meet the project's creative intent. • Color correction, grading, audio mixing, and motion tracking. 3. Creative Collaboration • Work closely with scriptwriters, marketers, designers, and creative directors to develop compelling video content. • Translate creative briefs into high-quality videos optimized for social media, ads, websites, and presentations. • Participate in brainstorming and provide creative input for new content ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (AI integration preferred). • Proficiency with AI video generation tools (any of the following: Runway, Pika Labs, Luma, Synthesia, D-ID, Sora-like tools, Stable Video Diffusion). • Strong command of professional editing software: • Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual grammar. • Ability to write or refine prompts for AI tools to achieve desired outputs. • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing AI technologies.
